Start: 26. Dec. 2018, 20:00 - 30. Dec. 2018, 17:00, Osho Uta Institute, Cologne / Köln
We began our dance of life *from the origins of 2 cells dancing and
unfolding into a creation of a community of cells that continued to dance
into being your amazing unique body.*
The body is life in movement.
*Life and our perception of it, is through movement. Each body exists as a
community of cells organised and dancing together for the good of the
whole*. The nature of this Dance of the Embryo enquiry is through a
myriad of somatic approaches honouring the felt sense, the uniqueness of
each individual’s expression and remembering the wisdom and intelligence of
your conscious body.
How we move in life is directly affected by how we learnt to move. A
natural movement development template began as early as the embryo in the
first 8 weeks and continued throughout the early forming years. It informed
and continues to affect us today mentally, physically, emotionally and
spiritually. Affecting our psychosomatic behaviour, how we perceive this
moment, regulation of our nervous system, our ability to respond,
creativity, relationships and how we perceive and relate to the environment, find support, our ability to bond, reach out, play and find rest.
*A natural movement developmental pattern supports* and is a basis for
the next pattern as we grow. Due to the possibility of disruptions to these
early forming movement patterns and them being incomplete, we may be
affected and moving unconsciously today. Luckily we are able to repair and
re-pattern. While the actual physical embryo is not here, the process
still remains. We will be exploring how these structures can support and
inform us of our life potential, intrinsic resources and creating new
neurological patterns and pathways in the body and brain. We will recognise
the development and orientation of our central axis, explore the balance
of doing and being, the multidimensionality of our heart and fluids, sense
clarity of a container, flexibility of boundaries and embody our creative
source of space.
*The group is respectfully* self-directed in that you can absorb,
experience; find your own timing and rhythm needed to integrate the
material you will be playing with. The orientation of the group is creating
a safe and contained space where you can re-establish taking care and find
support as the body remembers, finding ease and comfort in movement.
Playfulness assists integration and resourcing in this somatic approach to
meditation. Embody, trust and have the courage to follow your way, natural
intelligence and innocence of your moving body.
„You move because to move is sheer joy, you move because movement is life.“ Osho
